We begin our celebration of United Church of Christ Women’s Week this morning. Women of the church will organize and lead the service (with the exception of sacraments) as we celebrate the ministry of women in our midst.

Paducah Cooperative Ministry requests that our church donate cans of tuna over the next several weeks. Please remember to bring a can with you each Sunday.

As announced several weeks ago, you are invited to bring labels (trimmed please) for the “Boxtops for Education Program,” Campbell’s soup labels, and receipts for purchases from either Super-Valu grocery stores to support Clark Elementary School. The drop-off box is located on the table in the Narthex.

Please remember our Equal Exchange coffee and chocolate powder is available in the Fellowship Hall.

Watch for an upcoming announcement about our Shrove (Fat Tuesday) celebration on February 21st. We anticipate a King cake and several other fun events to make the evening enjoyable as we prepare for Lent.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lenten season. We will once again celebrate with our sisters and brothers of First Christian Church as we host this year’s worship service.

Take today’s worship bulletin with you to The Star at 32nd and Broadway for lunch and 10% of your ticket will be donated to United Church of Paducah!
