Rev. Karen Winkel
Rev. Winkel has announced her resignation from United Church of Paducah effective July 5th, 2009. She will be accepting the pastoral position at Hillcrest Congregational United Church of Christ in Montrose, Colorado. She will be greatly missed!
"What a delight to be part of a Christian community
like this! Questions are welcomed, differences are
celebrated,
newcomers are quickly embraced, and the love of God
is freely shared.
This is a perfect place to experience what Jesus meant when he said, 'The Kingdom of God is among you.' We gather as equals, trusting in the Spirit to equip us for lives rich in meaning, love, and service to God's good creation."
